Conditional Money Back Guarantee

There is the 30 day money back guarantee. That is, the customer can use the software for thirty days after purchase, and if some "insurmountable barrier" is reached, then they may request a refund of standard software and support monies paid. Services (expended time) paid to that date are not refundable.

In other words, if it is agreed that there is some major flaw in the standard software (going to the essence of the customer’s intended use of the software) that cannot be overcome without some considerable extra cost - going well outside the original budget estimates. The only other proviso is that the customer pay for, and receive, a minimum of twenty (20) hours on site training during that initial 30 day period.

Lifetime Software Guarantee

The standard InterAcct application software has an unconditional guarantee. Given the policy of InterAcct to provide ongoing software enhancements, it is possible that minor program errors may occur from time to time. Any such errors in the "standard" application software will be remedied promptly by InterAcct, and free of charge to the customer.
