ü Telemarketing is just one of the options within InterAcct. ü There are menu links to record Question & Answer surveys, plus provision to record what Products & Services are currently being used by the Prospect.
ü It allows you to import “raw” names into InterAcct from an outside source, or maybe take past customers from your own database. ü You can also create a Sales Quotation, Sales Order, or enter a new Job Enquiry.
ü Step One is to collect the correct name & address so that the basic ‘business card’ information is correct in your database. ü Once the Prospect has been qualified, and the salesperson then needs to get involved, then a follow up diary entry can be made for the salesperson.
ü Step Two is to record the results from each call, and any follow up date (updating a Diary). ü Activity summary analysis files area created automatically that enable you to track the effectiveness of each campaign by industry and telemarketer.
ü You can define the telemarketing scripts for each stage. ü
