Welcome to the latest version of InterAcct Software. This video is a good introduction to InterAcct – showing you how easy it is to add new records into the database, and a general overview of Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Debtors, Creditors, Stock, Purchasing, Service/Maintenance, Payroll, and Manufacturing. Plus, you get to see a little of the Estimating, Quoting, and Job Costing module. It’s a great place to start to get an appreciation of the speed, simplicity, and flexibility of the InterAcct – Business Information Package.
Introduction to InterAcct Lite

Adding Records within InterAcct
How easy is it to add records into a file within InterAcct ? This video shows how simple it is to add a new Business Name (Client File), plus a Sales Invoice, into InterAcct.

Job Cost Accounting
This video demonstration shows adds a (construction related) job, with Job Budget. It shows material requirements, required to purchase, purchasing, works orders, and other job cost transactions.
Job Costing - Timesheet Entry
This video looks at the InterAcct Job Costing system - including Job Scheduling, a Job Budget (by Phase), and the host of Cost Analysis files that are associated with each job. The focus is on the various options available for entry of Employee Timesheets against a job, and the ease of data input.
Quick Estimating
Quick Estimating is a simple and rapid method for creating an initial Cost Estimate for a job, and then a Quotation for a Prospect. It is the alternative to doing a detailed Cost Estimate and Quote.
Quotations
There are no less than six different areas within InterAcct where you can prepare a Quotation for a Client/Prospect. Three relate to quoting on just Products & Service, and three relate to Job Cost Quotations. This video shows off the Job Cost Quotations.

The Service/Maintenance software module is one of the more popular add-on features of InterAcct's Job Costing, Estimating, and Quoting system.

Letter Writer
One of the standard features included in the InterAcct 'Base' system is the Sales And Marketing Management (SAMM) system (also known as a CRM system).
Just one part of that is the Letter Writer, which was first developed back in 1983. After many subsequent enhancements, the Letter Writer is still a simple (and fast) tool to send out a standard letter, or a group of letters (emails, address labels).
