The ability to manage all facets of our business in one system database. The 'one-stop' database offers a greater protection of our data removing system-interfacing required when we used two systems to manage the business.

How have you found the support and service, especially being in another state?

The Support Team are excellent. Their success we believe is the commitment to quality. We have not experienced any problems despite difference in hours i.e. Perth is at the least 2 hours behind also public holiday vary between the two States.
