As part of the InterAcct Job Costing module, there is the option to create a Job Cost Estimate, and/or the agreed Job Cost Budget (for variance analysis purposes).

Estimate & Budgets can be summarised by “Phase” (sub-job), and then into the various Cost Groups (Labour, Materials, Sub Contractors, Sundries, etc.)

For Sub Contractors (Subbies, Trades), you can now break this down into various “Work Tasks".
