InterAcct Pricing

Pricing Outline:

The Price of the InterAcct system is made of normally of 4 parts when we provide a cost estimate.

  • The cost of the software (based on the number of Computers and modules selected)
  • The cost of the Annual Support licence (based on the cost of the software)
  • The cost of the Implementation and Training services (estimated based on the Modules selected, location and size of the company)
  • The cost of Travel expenses (Tolls, Airfares, motels etc)

The quickest way to get an accurate cost estimate for the software is to contact the Sales Team so that we can run through the options with you. But as a rough guide a 5 User network system with job costing will cost around $10,000 – $15,000 with all of the above factors included.

Software Pricing
Software Pricing is per Computer Network “User”. The optional software modules (eg, Job Cost Estimating) require the Base InterAcct as well, and are purchased based on the number of base Network Users. Prices are all ex GST.
+ Annual Support Pricing
Yearly support is calculated at 20% of purchase price, with no CPI annual increases. Support is reduced by 30% after 3 years. For example a single User (with just the base InterAcct) this would be ($1,500 x 20%) = $300
+ Implementation & Training Budget
Please refer to Pricing for recommended min/max hours of Implementation & Training required per installation / module (not per User).Implementation / Training “Advanced Rate” is currently charged at the average rate of $180 per hour with prompt payment incentives available. Recommended training hours are represented in the number in (brackets) in the above table.
+ Modules
There is a wide variety of software modules available for purchase, talk to InterAcct staff about your specific software needs. Or refer to the InterAcct Pricing document for current prices.
+ Travel Costs              
  Travel costs for InterAcct Staff are paid for by the customer and may include depending on circumstance
Payment Plan Options

  1. Software + Annual Support License on installation day.
  2. For systems of 5+ Users
    1. Monthly Payment Plan.                 Software + Support divided by ten, for eleven months.
    2. Monthly Rental Plan.                      Software + Support cost of 4% a month ongoing, initial deposit of 20%
    3. Cash Flow Plan.                                 Software + Support + all hourly services + 6% flat interest over 36 months, initial deposit of 20%
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars $ and excluding 10% GST.
